I really liked that PPQ gave me plenty of room to customise my order without making the whole thing feel complicated. Changing the details was straightforward, and I was able to get everything close to what I had in mind. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that a couple of things could’ve been a bit clearer before checkout. But overall, it worked well and I’d definitely use them again! 🙂

Got my plates from ppq.com and I’m happy with them. The quality’s solid. Clean finish, easy-to-read letters, and they look nice on the car. Took a bit longer than I thought it would, but nothing too dramatic. Just wish the updates along the way were a little clearer. Overall though, happy with how they turned out

I really appreciated that the prices were clear from the start. I always worry there’ll be some random fee added at checkout, so it was reassuring not to run into any weird surprises. I did have to click around a little to compare the different options, which made me second-guess things for a minute, but overall it was a good experience.

A couple of replies did take longer than I thought they would, but when they got back to me, the answers were easy to understand and straight to the point. Ordered from ppq.com and I’ve got to say, the packaging was actually really good. I’m usually the first to blame the store when anything turns up dented or messy, but this time I couldn’t fault them at all. Everything was packed neatly, arrived with no damage, and looked better than I expected. Happy with the whole thing and I’d order from them again.

My order turned out fine in the end, but the production time was longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was a little frustrating because I was hoping to have it sooner. I’d probably use them again, but next time I’d make sure to give myself extra time just in case...

Customer service did get back to me eventually, so that was good, but it took longer than I expected. The answer was helpful enough in the end, I guess — I just feel like they could’ve been a little more responsive. Am I wrong for expecting a quicker reply?

It looked nice when I first got it, so I was hopeful. But the finish started wearing down sooner than I think it reasonably should have. I’m not trying to be unfair, it’s not awful or unusable, but for something you pay for and take care of, you’d expect it to hold up a bit better. Overall, it’s just okay.
